If you live in the Wellington region, you’ll know that the area is a lively and vibrant place with lots of things to see and do.

       It’s not always easy to know what’s on and, once you do,
                        when you’re single it can be even less easy to find someone to go along with. 
                                            

                                        SaRC can help to solve both of those issues. 

 We scour the details of upcoming events in and around the region and select a wide range of activites and events for our Social Club members to enjoy.

We can help you to discover a whole new world of interesting and entertaining recreational pursuits.

Too busy to organise outings and events?

Do you find that you run out of time? T'here's so much to do, there's no time left to organise your social life. All SaRC Social Club members are invited to come along to outings and events that are organised especially for them. A wide variety of events is planned and you can choose all those which suit you best.  The events give you the opportunity to meet other members and build your own networks and friendships.

With current technology, you might be sitting at home building up hundreds of friends on your social networking site pages, but with SaRC you can get to meet new friends in person and together experience the best entertainment and development events that Wellington has to offer.

At our events

Each of our events is hosted so that you are not left to find your way or fend for yourself. Plus our regulars are wonderful at helping new members to settle in.

Our member and GenS hosts are volunteers. They do not receive any of your money to be there for you.

Our hosts get involved because they like to help, they like to create friendships and they like to get out and about and experience what our region has to offer in good company.
